let not every word spoken get you hurt
put on your security like you would a shirt
and watch out for those words like poisoned darts
some comments are stupid just let them pass
do that or tongue lash and make everything worse

let me say this,while it is good to protect yourself, i recommend that you have just a little opening somewhere for those little things that will push you on to bigger things.
another thing, its also cool to tell people you don't like what you don't like about them, especially if its those things they say that make you want to stab them in the eyes, okay?
